1. At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite parties submits by referring to the show cause filed in the Court,

Patna High Court MJC No.747 of 2020(4) dt.17-01-2025 2/2 today itself, copy whereof has already been filed online, that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 04.04.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No.6496 of 2019, the Director (Primary Education), Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna has already disposed off the representation of the petitioner, by an order dated 30.09.2021, hence the order of this Court has stood complied with.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to assail the aforesaid order dated 30.09.2021, if so advised. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The petition stands disposed off.
