Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 477/2021, registered for the offences under Sections 30(a) & 32(3) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2018.

Petitioner is the owner of the commercial vehicle, having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court

No.15747 of 2022(2) dt.08-04-2022 2/2 below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judge Excise Court No. II, Muzaffarpur in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 477/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
