The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Vaishali Sadar P.S. Case No.24 of 2018 registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation as also that the petitioner is a habitual offender, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on merits without being prejudiced in any
