The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. On protest being made for keeping the cow dung at the door of the informant. Petitioner nos. 1 and 2 came and started assaulting to the informant. When the son of the informant came to rescue, then he was assaulted by petitioner nos. 2 and 3 and co-accused Ranjit Kumar. The accused persons also snatched the golden chain from the neck of the son of the informant.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15914 of 2015 (2) dt.05-05-2015 petitioners that there is no injury report of the informant and his son on record. Statement to that effect has been made in para-10 of the petition. Though the case lodged by the petitioners side is at earlier point of time. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Town (Gopalganj) P.S. Case No. 471 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
The bail bonds of the petitioners will be accepted by the learned court below after verification of the fact that no injury was caused to the informant's side.
