JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA) 28-06-2022 The petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to grant extension of time in connection with the work for construction of road from Belhi to Itwa via Tin Tolia, Package No. BR-35 R-006 under PMGSY vide Agreement No. 14 F2 of 08-09 as also to refund of the admitted total amount deducted from running account bills of the petitioner in the name of extension of time with interest.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4412 of 2020(2) dt.28-06-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that various officers of the Department have already recommended for extension of time. A limited prayer is that the matter be looked into by the Chief Engineer and a speaking order be passed.

Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that in case the petitioner files a fresh representation within three weeks from today, the same shall be looked into by the concerned Chief Engineer and a speaking order shall be passed within one month thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
