The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner has been made accused in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Indradeo Mahto, who was apprehended on spot. It is further submitted that no arms or ammunition has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15695 of 2023(2) dt.18-05-2023 2/2 furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-II, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 571 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
