1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction upon the respondents to accept the joining of the petitioner on the post of Executive Assistant at the Collectorate, Gopalganj, since his legs had been fractured in the month of February, 2013, whereafter he was operated and since then his movement was restricted.

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.4031 of 2024(2) dt.22-03-2024 2/2 no.2, i.e. the District Magistrate, Gopalganj, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
