The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No.56 of 2017, a case under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It appears that co-accused Nishi Kant Jha and Dharmendra Kumar Jha have already been allowed anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.42521 of 2017 and Cr. Misc. No.38189 of 2017 respectively. Allegation against the petitioner is on better footing because only allegation is that since the deceased had love affairs with the nephew of this petitioner, he might be involved. Learned counsel for the informant opposed the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37669 of 2017 (9) dt.19-02-2018 P2/ prayer for bail.
Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
