Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Khagaria (Gangaur) P.S. Case No.367 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 354, 379, 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are on police bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it appears that the matter is well covered by the decision of this Court in the case of Mahendra Prasad Singh Vs. State of Bihar, reported in 2004(3)P.L.J.R. 491.

In view of the above, it is directed that the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25763 of 2021(2) dt.18-02-2022 2/2 may surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today. In case, the petitioners surrender and file an application for bail, the concerned Court will pass an order in the similar manner as has been decided in the case of Mahendra Prasad Singh (Supra).

With the above directions/observations, this application is disposed of.
