Cr. Misc. No.22728 of 2015 has been filed with a prayer for extension of provisional bail. Subsequently thereof, I.A. No.779 of 2015 has been filed with a prayer for extension of provisional bail stating that Rs.2,61,459/- is yet to be deposited. However, during course of submission, it has been
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22728 of 2015 (2) dt.20-05-2015 submitted on behalf of petitioner that on 19.05.2015 that amount has also been deposited and on account thereof, the total amount appertaining to Rs.9,41,459/- is completely satisfied by way of deposit.
Accordingly, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 20.08.2014 is hereby confirmed. At the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, copy of the order should be faxed to the court concerned at the cost of the petitioner.
In terms thereof, Cr. Misc. No.22728 of 2015 and I.A. No.779 of 2015 are disposed of as it utility in light of deposit of full amount remain no more.
