ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 04-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the Vigilance.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/467/468/469 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against the petitioner is that she had joined at different places in the selection held for teachers. The contentions of the petitioner is that she resigned after working for ten days at the Government Higher Secondary School, Barhara, Barh, Patna but resigned after a period of ten days as she has also joined another school. He submits that she has not drawn any amount from the Government Higher School, Barhara, Barh, Patna which stands substantiated by

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18433 of 2016 (3) dt.04-07-2016 P2/2 the certificate granted by the Principal of the aforementioned school which has been marked as Anenxure-5.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that now the petitioner has also been dismissed from the service for the same period, let the petitioner, in the event of her arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 305/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
