Counsel for the petitioner placing reliance on the decision in LPA no. 963/2011 passed on 11.07.2011 submits that authority as a consequence of quashing of appellate order was required to give monetary benefit to the petitioner. Since Division Bench has already quashed the order, consequent relief as a result of quashing of order is required to be enforced by the petitioner.
