JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 22-03-2017 In dismissing the writ petition filed by the writ petitioner, challenging the order dated 22.10.2013, Annexure-1, on account of the fact that the Divisional Forest Officer cancelled the saw mill licence of the petitioner on its transfer to the power of attorney and a partnership deal which was not permissible, the learned Writ Court has not committed any error warranting reconsideration in the present matter. The appeal is, therefore, dismissed.

In case, due to any subsequent Act of the State

Patna High Court LPA No.896 of 2016 dt.22-03-2017 2/2 Government, petitioner is entitled to seek restoration of his licence or grant of such licence, liberty shall be available to him to pursue the same.
