Let the defect(s) be removed within two weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course. Petitioner, who is in custody since 18.12.2021, seeks regular bail in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 469 of 2019 arising out of S. Tr. No. 117 of 2020 registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 386, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner was released on regular bail by this Court vide order dated 25.11.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30914 of 2020. He further submits that his bail bond was cancelled on 08.04.2021 in absence of any pairvi made by his advocate for misuse of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15600 of 2022(2) dt.16-06-2022 2/2 eight months. He further submits that for no fault of the petitioner, petitioner has remained in custody since 18.12.2021 and, as such he may be released on bail.

It appears to this Court that petitioner has made out good ground to be released on bail.

The petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J. IV Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 468 of 2019 on the same terms and conditions as imposed by this Court vide order dated 25.11.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30914 of 2020.
