This application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 174 of 2018, for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 452, 332, 333, 337, 353, 427 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners has produced before me an order dated 04.02.2019 passed in Criminal
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25226 of 2021(3) dt.23-12-2021 2/2 Miscellaneous No. 6066 of 2019, by which similarly situated co-accused person has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court. For the reason recorded in the order dated 04.02.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 6066 of 2019, this application is also allowed.
Let the petitioner no. 2 above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Siwan, in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 174 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Ranjeet/- U T
