====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 13-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
The present bail application has been filed in terms of the liberty granted by order dated 12.01.2022 in Cr. Misc. No.47002 of 2021, whereby the petitioner was permitted to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charges against the petitioner has been framed by order dated 21.02.2022.
The learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the bail application and submits that though it has been pleaded that charges have been framed, but the order framing charge has not been annexed.
Considering the fact that charges have been framed
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15581 of 2022(2) dt.13-04-2022 2/2 against the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Town (Lohianagar) P. S. Case No.250 of 2021, subject to condition that the petitioner shall be released only after the learned Court below is satisfied that the charges have been framed on 21.02.2022.
The application stands disposed of.
