Petitioner is in custody in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 154 of 2017 for offenses punishable under section 272, 273, 308, 420, 414, 34 of Indian Penal Code and 30(1), 41(1) of Bihar Prohibition of Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and in custody since 17.04.2018.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly circumstanced other co-accused has been granted bail. From the stamp report it appears that Mukund Choudhary was granted bail vide order dated 23.11.2017 in Cr.MISC No. 55055 of 2017, Motey chaudhary @ Mote
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32214 of 2018(2) dt.05-06-2018 2/2 Chaudhary was granted bail vide order dated 04.12.2017 in Cr.MISC No. 56591 of 2017, Guddu Yadav @ Manmohan Kumar Singh was granted bail vide order dated 16.02.2018 in Cr.MISC No. 650 of 2018, Santosh Prasad was granted bail vide order dated 17.02.2018 in Cr.MISC No. 6624 of 2017, Ajay Kumar Pandey was granted bail vide order dated 23.03.2018 in Cr.MISC No. 12505 of 2018.
Considering the above, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of Additional District and Sessions Judge II at Siwan, in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 154 of 2017.
