Petitioners seek bail in Sonbarsa Raj P.S. Case No.24 of 2017 (Special Excise Case No.33 of 2017) instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 149, 341, 323, 188, 353, 504, 506 and 120-B Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they caused obstruction to the police party in committing raid. Counsel for the petitioners submits that Petitioners are in custody since 01.02.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
