Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the FIR, however, during investigation a stolen mobile was said to be recovered from the house of the petitioner.

Submission is that house is occupied by some other family members also. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the facts of this case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18280 of 2019(3) dt.03-05-2019 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Jadia Police Station Case No. 40 of 2015, with the following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
