2. The petitioners have approached this Court for a direction to the respondents for appointing them on Class-IV post in the district of Saharsa.

3. There is no statement in the writ petition with respect to any person junior to the petitioners in the panel

Patna High Court CWJC No.5717 of 2019 dt.11-04-2019 2/3 so prepared having been appointed on Class-IV post in the district of Saharsa.

4. From the averments made in the petition, this Court is not in a position to get any information with respect to availability of such posts for the petitioners to be appointed from the panel so prepared.

5. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some of the persons whose names find place in the panel had approached this Court and a direction was issued that in case of their representing before the concerned respondents for their appointment on vacant and sanctioned post, such representations shall be disposed of in accordance with law.

6. There is no reason why similar contingent relief be not granted to the petitioners.

7. The petitioners are directed to make a representation before the District Magistrate, Saharsa, (respondent no.3) making a request for appointing them on Class-IV post against vacant/sanctioned posts within a

Patna High Court CWJC No.5717 of 2019 dt.11-04-2019 3/3 period of four weeks. The District Magistrate, Saharsa shall look into the entire facts, the seniority of the petitioners in the panel so prepared, availability of posts and other facts which would be necessary and thereafter shall pass orders in accordance with law within a further period of eight weeks thereafter.

8. With the aforesaid direction/ observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
