This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Delha Police Station Case No. 259 of 2020, disclosing offences under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25 (1-b)a/26/27 of the Arms Act. The petitioners are accused of terrorizing locality by making firing.

In view of the serious allegations against the petitioners, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25237 of 2021(3) dt.20-01-2022 2/2 therefore, the prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby dismissed. The S.P., Gaya is directed to get all the accused, in the present FIR, arrested.
