The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 569/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioners are the father-in-law and mother-inlaw of the alleged victim. There is general and omnibus allegation against them.

Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of ten weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Gaya, in connection with Wazirganj P.S.
