2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 554/ 2024 dated 12.10.2024 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 191(2), 190, 281, 109(1), 352 and 115(2) of the B.N.S.
3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the instant matter relates to a free fight having taken place in between both the parties on account of rash driving and persons from both the sides sustained injuries and the petitioner and co-accused, Himanshu Kumar are alleged to have assaulted one Ayush Kumar by means of Danda in that occurrence. It is further submitted that petitioner is a student and he has fair and clean antecedent and has been languishing in jail
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17140 of 2025(2) dt.11-04-2025 2/2 since 13.10.2024 and against him, investigation has been completed.
4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.
5. Considering the aforesaid submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel, this court is inclined to grant the relief of regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 554/ 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-( Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned. (Shailendra Singh, J) BKS/- U T
