Patna High Court CWJC No.7317 of 2015(4) dt.14-05-2019 2/2 It is pointed out by the petitioners' counsel that from perusal of the communication dated 10.09.215 issued by the Executive Engineer of the Ganga Pump Canal Division, 11 vacancies are available for appointment of daily wages by way of regularization. It is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that those, who were working in Ganga Pump Canal Division, should be considered against the said vacancies as per policy of the Government contained in Resolution No 639 dated 16.03.2006.
In this connection, the petitioners, who are working in the Ganga Pump Canal Divsion, would submit their claim before Chief Engineer, respondent No 4.
If the same is filed within four weeks from today, this Court would direct that the claim of the petitioners shall be considered as per the said policy decision in accordance with law by respondent No 4 expeditiously and without any undue delay and preferably within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
Writ petition stands disposed of.
