The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Kaluahi P.S. Case No. 33 of 2023 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 27.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33842 of 2023.

In compliance of the order dated 20.03.2024, a status report has been received dated 30.03.2024 by which it appears that trial will be concluded within a period of twelve months. No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of
