2. In the counter affidavit field by the respondents it is specifically stated that the petitioner did not submit the relevant documents therefore the authority could not process the application made by the petitioner. Counsel for the Distribution Company has stated that as and when the petitioner submit the requisite documents the authority will scrutinize the same and pass necessary orders for grant of fresh connection.

3. Having regard to the above made submissions the present Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authorities with the requisite documents.

4. With the above directions, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of.
