The petitioners, namely, Girdhari Yadav @ Girdhari Kumar Yadav and Bhola Yadav, apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 147, 148, 149, 427, 447, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of the Explosive Substance Act. The informant alleged that the petitioners and others came to his field and indiscriminately exploded bombs. It is submitted that the police did not find any sign of explosion of bombs on the place of occurrence and on account of land dispute this case has been lodged. Similarly situated co-accused, namely, Subodh Yadav and Pachchan Yadav & others have been granted anticipatory bail vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44219/2015 and Cr. Misc. No. 46905/2015. The case of the petitioners stands

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16960 of 2016 (2) dt.13-05-2016 2/2 on the same footing as that of the above co-accused. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Banka in Katoriya P.S. Case No. 161/2015, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1545/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Dilip/- U
