2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 606 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 109(1), 303(2) & 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 29.09.2025, the informant while returning home on his motorcycle after closing his shop, was chased by Pammi, Shahrukh, and a black Scorpio. Pammi shot him in the right arm, and Shahrukh stole Rs. 50,000 from him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. I have considered the submissions of the parties and have gone through the records of the case. Sufficient material has come during the investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime. Considering the fact that the petitioner has participated in the alleged crime, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
