Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has complied the order of this Court, but beyond the prescribed period, as he was directed to deposit the cost by 05.03.2020, but he has deposited the cost on 18.03.2020. Being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in this restoration application, it is allowed and Cr. Misc. No. 73311 of 2019 is restored to its original file.
