The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Special Case No.7825 of 2021 arising out of Khusrupur P.S. Case No. 307 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Recovery of illicit liquor has been made from the public place which does not belong to the petitioner, who has no criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees
