Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 425 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. Petitioner is not an employee of the Food Corporation of India and he has not taken any money from the informant for the purpose of securing employment. Moreover, even if the informant has given any money, the same has been given for illegal
