2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Naya Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 146 of 2024 instituted under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. There is recovery of 298.3 litres of illicit foreign liquor from the hut of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner claims two criminal

6. Considering the huge quantity of recovery, in my opinion, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.
