JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-06-2016 It is common ground that a compromise has been reached on 18.05.2016 and the dispute has been resolved between the parties in terms of which the petitioner is required to pay an amount of Rs. 3,00,000/- to the respondent-Bank out of which an amount of Rs. 75,000/- has already since been paid. The remaining amount under the compromise is required to be paid by 18.08.2016.

2. In view of the aforesaid compromise, the present petition is not pressed and
