Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 08.07.2021. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that during course of trial, informant of the case who is none else than father of the deceased has deposed that he has not seen the occurrence as he reached the place of occurrence on hulla and found his son dead. He further deposed that he could not see who killed his son, in support of the same annexed the deposition of informant as Annexure-3 to the petition. Petitioner is in custody since 16.07.2020 having no criminal antecedent. Considering the period of custody and deposition of informant, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
