ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-06-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. In pursuance of the earlier direction, both the parties are present in Chambers and it appears after interaction that the complainant has the reasons for not continuing to live with the petitioner since the entire allegations have now been given a different colour. It appears that the allegations under Section 498A I.P.C. also stand under a cloud.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of
