The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Minapur P.S. Case No.348 of 2019 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons, namely, Maya Shankar Rai @ Maya Shankar Ray and Dilip Rai @ Dilip Kumar have been granted anticipatory bail by different benches of this Court vide orders dated 29.02.2020 and 29.06.2020 passed in Cr.Misc.No.4445 of 2020 and Cr.Misc.No.82257 of 2019 respectively.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his

No.25758 of 2021(2) dt.18-02-2022 2/2 arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Minapur P.S.
