The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No.190 of 2014 registered under Sections 25(1-b) a/26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 08.03.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No.6106 of 2017 with an observation "for the present". The allegation against the petitioner is that two double barrel guns, two country made pistols, fifteen live cartridges and one Bindoliya were recovered from his house. The petitioner is in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48148 of 2017 (2) dt.31-01-2018 2/2 custody since 16.02.2016. While the petitioner is accused in six other cases but he is on bail in all the six cases. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ajit Kumar Singh, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Jamui, in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No.190 of 2014. Out of the two sureties, one must be close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he/she is related with the petitioner. The bailors will undertake to furnish information to the court about any change in the address of the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
