The petitioners have moved the Court for a direction to the respondents to reopen the Artificial Insemination Centres in the District of Begusarai totaling 136 in number. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that they have been trained in Artificial Insemination and their services should be utilized and they, along with 125 more such youths should be employed at such Centres in the district of Begusarai. Having considered the matter, the Court does not find any ground to interfere, for the reason that matters relating to filling up of posts or opening of Centres or giving employment,
Patna High Court CWJC No.11535 of 2014 dt.11-01-2017 2/2 cannot be a matter for judicial review, especially when in the present case nothing has been shown to the Court to indicate that the State is duty bound to reopen the Centres or the petitioners have any right for being appointed on any post in those Centres. The petitioners are at liberty to move before the authorities concerned, but certainly it shall not give any cause of action to move before this Court for interference on the judicial side.
The writ petition stands disposed off.
