JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner submitted forged residential certificate at the time of registration for appearing at the examination of Bihar School Examination Board. During inspection, 21 such persons were found to have submitted forged residential certificate.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was simply a student and he was not aware about the forged residential certificate issued by the authorities. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.22429 of 2015 (2) dt.06-07-2015 2/2 Considering the fact that the petitioner did not appear at the examination on the basis of alleged forged residential certificate, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Saran at Chapra in connection with Marhowarah P.S. Case No. 14 of 20004, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
