The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No. 42/18 for the offences punishable under Section 414 of Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding recovery of one stolen motor cycle from the house of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case especially in view of the fact that the said motor cycle was purchased by the petitioner from one Prashant Kumar after paying a sum Rs. 10,000/- as has been stated in paragraph 9 of the petition. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 06.04.2018.

No.31775 of 2018 (2) dt.31-05-2018 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No. 42/2018.
