The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 385 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 08.12.2018. He further submits that the victim in her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. has stated that she has joined wedlock with the petitioner at her own will.

Considering the fact that petitioner has joined wedlock, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two
