ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 03-09-2015 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 18.6.2013, by which the District & Sessions Judge, Supaul in Cr.Misc.No.7/18(s) has rejected an application filed by the Petitioner for removing the condition imposed in A.B.A. No.87 of 2013(s). The background facts of the case is that the Petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on the basis of a compromise and further the Complainant had been directed to present herself before the court below to press her compromise petition. She did not do so and hence the petition was filed by the Petitioner for removing the said condition.

Having considered the relationship between the parties,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30289 of 2014 dt.03-09-2015 2/2 the application is allowed and the order dated 18.6.2013 passed by the District & Sessions Judge, Supaul in Cr.Misc.No.7/18(s) in connection with A.B.A. No.87 of 2013(s) is hereby set aside, which would amount to not imposing any condition with regard to appearance of the Complainant to press a compromise petition.
