ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 01-02-2024 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has stated that the petitioner has given a representation dated 16.08.2014 ventilating his grievance. Learned counsel has stated that a direction may be given to the Respondent No. 4 to consider the said representation and pass necessary orders.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents has stated that he has no objection if direction is given to the Respondent No. 4

Patna High Court CWJC No.8258 of 2015(8) dt.01-02-2024 2/2 to dispose of the said representation.

Having regard to the above made submission, without going into the merits or demerits of this case, the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the Respondent No. 4 to dispose off the representation dated 16.08.2014 strictly in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order.

4. It is needless to mention that before passing any order the petitioner shall be put on notice and given an opportunity of hearing.

Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.
