Petitioner is in custody in connection with Raghunathpur Police Station Case No. 50 of 2018 for the offenses punishable under sections 272, 273 and 308 of Indian Penal Code and 30(a), 38(a), 41(1) of Bihar Prohibition Excise Act 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than two months.

From the stamp report, it appears that similarly circumstanced co-accused Pintu Kumar Pandey was granted bail vide order dated 21.05.2018 in Cr.MISC No. 31260 of 2018. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named

No.32185 of 2018(2) dt.05-06-2018 2/2 above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II of Siwan, in connection with Raghunathpur P.S.
