06-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Pirpainti P.S. Case No. 120 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that F.I.R. has been lodged against three unknown miscreants. Name of petitioner has come on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Raushan Mandal and Sanjay Mandal due to enmity. It is further submitted that stolen motorcycle has been recovered from the field of Mausa of co-accused Varun Mandal. So far as petitioner is concerned, he has got no connection with the present case. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation, in the event of his arrest/surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13742 of 2020(2) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-XI, Bhagalpur in connection with Pirpainti P.S.
