JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 09-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 350 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 201, 34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

In this case case diary is received and there is specific averment against the petitioner who is a marriage sister of the husband of the deceased and that the investigation in this regard is still pending and this is a case under Sectino 302 of the Indian Penal Code, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application is dismissed.
