JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bathnaha P.S.Case no. 187 of 2017 case registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, pending in the Court of learned A.D.J-II -cumSpecial Judge Excise Act, Sitamarhi. Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of 9.690 liters of foreign liquor.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case at the instance of the local police as he is also involved in one more case. The petitioner is in custody since 26.06.2017. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
