Learned counsel for the appellant does not want to press the present appeal reserving liberty to the appellant to represent before the appropriate authority.
Liberty granted.
As and when any such representation is filed, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law within a period of four months.
The issue of limitation is left open.
Instant appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn in the aforesaid terms.
