The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 420, 421, 419, 341 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code As per the prosecution case, the informant received Rs. 50,000/- in her bank account under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna but the petitioner being CSP Operator of Central Bank of India, Kandua took thumb impression of the informant on a plain paper and withdrew Rs. 30,756/- illegally from the said

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated at para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 11.01.2022.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 351 of 2020.

The application stands allowed.
