2. The petitioner has moved the Court alleging violation of the order dated 03.02.2016 passed in CWJC No. 131 of 2016.
3. By the said order there was a direction to the authorities to take action under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act') with regard to the land in question in accordance with the procedure laid down under the aforesaid Act and conclude the proceeding preferably within a period of six months.
4. In the supplementary show cause filed on behalf of the opposite parties no. 1 to 10, copy of a document showing removal of encroachment which is signed by the Anchal Adhikari; Deputed Magistrate; Amin; Revenue Karamchari; In-charge of the police outpost; SHO and nine local villagers have been brought on record to indicate that the encroachments have been removed. Copy of the same was served on learned counsel for the petitioner on 28.06.2019. No rejoinder has been filed to the same till date.
